These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Miza Menu, a hosted digital menu platform that allows businesses to create online menus that can be viewed by customers using a QR code or public menu link.
1. Use of the Service
Miza Menu is provided for lawful business use only. You are responsible for the information, images, prices and content you add to your online menu.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Packages and Limits
Miza Menu packages may include limits on menus, categories, menu items, images or other platform usage. Fair usage limits may apply to keep the platform stable and reliable for all customers.
4. Payments
Paid packages are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Access to paid features may be suspended if payment is overdue.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep Miza Menu available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages or technical issues may affect availability from time to time.
6. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used for unlawful activity, abusive behaviour, non-payment, or actions that may harm the platform or other customers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Miza Menu is provided as a hosted software service. We are not responsible for business losses, incorrect menu information, pricing errors, downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
