Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions and account cancellations are handled on Miza Menu.

1. Monthly Service

Miza Menu operates on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or through available account management tools when provided.

3. End of Billing Period

After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law.

5. Suspended Accounts

Accounts may be suspended if payments are overdue. Suspension does not remove outstanding payment obligations.

6. Data Retention

Cancelled accounts may be retained for a reasonable period before permanent deletion. This allows customers time to reactivate their subscription if needed.
