Miza Menu is designed to publish menu information publicly. Information that you add to a published menu may therefore be accessible to anyone who visits the public menu URL or scans its QR code.

Public information may include your business name, logo, cover image, contact information, menu names, categories, item names, descriptions, prices, images, dietary information, add-ons and other content you choose to publish.

You should not place confidential or unnecessary personal information in content intended for a public menu.

Miza Menu may use third-party payment providers such as PayFast and PayPal to process subscription payments.

Payment-card or financial credentials entered directly into a payment provider's checkout environment are handled by that provider according to its own terms and privacy practices. Miza Menu does not need to store your complete payment-card details in order to manage your subscription.

We may receive and retain transaction-related information such as payment status, payment reference, payment provider, subscription identifiers, package information, payment dates and other information necessary to manage subscriptions and billing.

Miza Menu may also create and retain invoice records containing customer billing information and transaction details for business, accounting and legal purposes.
